May 20, 2009- The law firm of Raphael Barristers has launched a new website dedicated to personal injury law. The website provides general information about personal injury law including information about motor vehicle accidents and accident benefit applications.

Based in Toronto and Thornhill, Raphael Barristers is a small and aggressive law firm which only represents plaintiffs. The firm will not, ever, represent an insurance company. In keeping with Raphael Barristers philosophy of providing full access to quality legal services, the firm does not distinguish between “small, soft tissue” cases and catastrophic claims. We accept all legitimate claims, “big” and “small”.

Unfortunately, many other law firms prefer to only focus on the large and lucrative claims, while leaving clients with smaller claims to fend to themselves or seek paralegals or other agents to handle their claim. This undoubtedly jeopardizes clients and affects the outcome of their case.
