May 20, 2009- The law firm of Zandi Kurzfeld LLP has launched a new website dedicated to personal injury law. The website provides general information about personal injury law including information about motor vehicle accidents and accident benefit applications.

Based in north Toronto, Zandi Kurzfeld LLP is a small and aggressive law firm which only represents plaintiffs. The firm will not, ever, represent an insurance company.  In keeping with Zandi, Kurzfeld LLP’s philosophy of providing full access to quality legal services, the firm does not distinguish between “small, soft tissue” cases and catastrophic claims. We accept all legitimate claims, “big” and “small”.

Unfortunately, many other law firms prefer to only focus on the large and lucrative claims, while leaving clients with smaller claims to fend to themselves or seek paralegals or other agents to handle their claim. This undoubtedly jeopardizes clients and affects the outcome of their case.

In addition, clients only pay the firm if and when they obtain a settlement. Moreover, the firm’s staff regularly travels to hospitals, and clients’ homes throughout the Greater Toronto Area. We handle hundreds of new cases a year, with personal attention to each file. As such, our services are highly accessible to the public.  

While the information contained in the website is for general purposes only, it can be useful to understand some of the rights, as well as the pitfalls, related to personal injury and motor vehicle cases.
Moreover, the website permits the user to input their data and questions. All website requests are strictly confidential and are handled within one business day.
